Arrived at Taipei airport about 5 am in the morning. It was dark and gloomy. I had to wait untill 9 am to fly out to Thailand. They have free wifi at the airport, but the connection was not stable. I was charging my gadgets so as to use in the flight. 
I tried myself to keep awake walking around as well. Maybe because I am at the transit area, there aren't many restaurants around. Only one Sushi place where I had Unagi sushi for $10. The food wasn't good at all, yet it was ok to eat.
